Don’t Forget to Trust….

In July, I was in Joe’s Valley, Utah on a climbing trip.

At one of the boulders, I was really having a hard time getting my mind wrapped around the height of the boulder. As I was looking at the height of the wall, I noticed a word faintly etched into the wall…. it said “TRUST”. The universe had provided, I took that word as a sign.

In life we forget to trust the process, we want everything to happen so quickly in this day and age. In yoga it’s the same, we want to achieve the full expression of the pose or want get to the enlightened state of meditation sooner rather than later. As a result we may start to compare ourselves to the person next to us or judge ourselves.

When we start to trust ourselves incredible things happen in the process.
